Teacher



When you are in distress & feel you aren't capable,
Your time is going bad & you are miserable

You feel tormented, you get depressed, you cry,
Your mind is as dark as night sky

In that situation if someone assists you to fight,
In the entire darkness he/she shows you the light

Who imparts wisdom & burdens your strife,
Who prepares you for your entire life

Who teaches you to be compassionate & love every creature,
We can say that: "You have found your teacher"

Teaching is more than just a profession,
It is that happy moment when a student is successful in following his passion

A teacher takes a hand opens a mind & touches a heart,
Worldwide 85 million people are engaged in this art

Teachers are multi-talented; intellectual, creative & witty,
Teachers are only in a part of students life but their teachings last eternity

Many teachers come in life; each unique than the other,
For every child their first teacher is their mother

Then come schoolteachers who influence us a lot,
Their academic teachings are most popularly sought

Life itself teaches us; personality management & speeching,
Never stop learning as life never stops teaching

Teachers teach us the difference between wrong & right,
They make the effort to make our future bright

Teachers deserve credit; their dedication is absolute,
To all the teachers we do salute

Finally, what I'll convey,
I wish you all a HAPPY TEACHERS DAY
